This is PART ONE of the two-part episode series on gaslighting. In this episode, we are getting into an overview of gaslighting, the origin of the word gaslighting, differentiating lying/gaslighting, techniques involved in gaslighting, & real-life examples of gaslighting. Next week, I will cover tips on what to do if you're being gaslighted or if you are attempting to heal from being gaslighted.
